Preparations of the Czech House in Kangnung are taking turns. The opening ceremony of the Winter Olympic Games 2018 in Pyeongchang and the opening ceremony of the Czech House remain for 3 days and the Czech House has been smelling fresh Czech baked bread since the beginning of the week. The first test batch of Olympic bread named Karel was prepared by a baker Karel Rendl on Monday evening.

And bread was great. Martin Doktor, the chief of the Czech Olympic mission, even arrived for a few more hot pieces and drove to the Olympic Village to athletes to wait for a fresh and delicious Czech breakfast on Tuesday morning.
